Hello. I am Sheranda Tay Kumara, a Visionary Silk Painter, and a metaphysically focused, Mary Magdalene Educator, living in Mount Shasta, California. This painting was created at the beginning point of my book about Mary Magdalene that I wrote last year. As a channeling Mary Magdalene Messenger, restoring an incredible goddess to her original state of innocence; I have found that her story is every woman’s story. The painting has a playful quality and Mary Magdalene stands with arms raised high, an exultation of the dodecahedron, a sacred symbol. This piece is all about Peace & Freedom, Sisterhood & Brotherhood and more.

Special orders like hand-painted silk tarot deck bags or other gift items are always welcome. Prices on silk giclees and photo ink jet prints is available upon request. Sheranda's silk paintings are easy to ship because they are usually not covered with glass, making them lightweight. Cost of shipping is extra, but sales tax is included in the price.

Care Instructions for Silk Paintings

Sheranda’s original silk paintings and giclee silk prints are gallery wrapped and as long as they are kept out of direct sunlight and away from smoke, steam or other airborne particles they will not need to be covered with glass. For extra protection shadow box framing with U.V. protection glass is recommended. Silk will deteriorate if exposed to the harmful ultra violet rays of the sun. It is best to hang silk paintings not covered with glass, in living rooms, bedrooms or offices, but not kitchens, eating areas or bathrooms. Sheranda can shadow box frame your silk painting for an additional charge.
